All of our hosting plans are protected with a 30 day money back guarantee agreement, this guarantee agreement is active within the first 30 day starting from the date of your account being activated. The 30 day money back guarantee agreement will be expired after the end of the first 30 day of your account.

Any activities that violates our Acceptable Use Policy which leads to a suspension or deactivation of your hosting account within the 30 day money back guarantee period will subject to a forfeiture of all fees paid and is not negotiable.

Money back guarantee will not be honored in the following cases:

• Account termination because of violation of our AUP.
• Resource usage over 50%.
• Order of a special promotional package not listed as standard service.

In case you wish to terminate your hosting plan within the 30 day money back guarantee period, you may refund your prepaid fee on hosting plan and any fees on extra options added to your hosting plan. Fees paid on domain name registration are not refundable.
